14-Day Free Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. You'll also need the order number or receipt.
We Cover Return Shipping
Returns are easy with us. Just email info@luxuryitemshub.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label. No need to pay return postage yourself.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@luxuryitemshub.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with your prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@luxuryitemshub.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping needed on your part.
Exchanges
For exchanges (different size or color), simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Personal-care items (skincare, intimate apparel) once opened, for hygiene reasons
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
